You can tell his primary goal is to help his clients find their happy place in beautiful SW Florida. We will miss him because he really brought the fun to the entire process. He did a great job of identifying ways to improve the property and successfully negotiated these improvements before we closed. His communications and accessibility were top-notch. Dean worked with my wife and I for two years trying to find a villa located on a golf course that fit our price range. We did not live in Florida so Dean would often go to the villa or condo and do a live broadcast with us. I trust him completely. He is honest and dedicated to his profession. He would tell us if the villa or condo was nice or needed work. He also ensured that we had transparency when it came to HOA fees, taxes, utilities, and golf course membership fees. He is best realtor I have worked with in Florida. I highly recommend him.
